Entrance Hall

The tiled hall provides ample room for coats and muddy boots and with walking maps provided there is plenty of opportunity to  discover  the hidden gems of North Norfolk.

Kitchen
With its large roof lantern the big blue sky becomes an integral part of the cottage and allows the sun to flood in. The cream shaker style units have solid oak work surfaces and there is a central island with oak breakfast stools to watch the half cooking! With the Belfast sink, electric oven with a ceramic hob, under counter fridge, wine coolers, dishwasher and many more extras you have all cooking implements you would expect in your own home. Oak flooring.

Utility Room
Washing machine, airer, freezer, microwave and downstairs cloakroom.

Pantry
Large pantry and store cupboard (houses iron, board etc.). Ideal for storing the luggage.

Dining Room
The open style kitchen leads to the dining room . This has oak flooring with an old pine table and six chairs. Welsh dresser and pine side table, music system i.pod/phone connector, wi fi and electric woodburner

Sitting Room
Luxuriously  furnished with comfy sofas, antique furniture and china and with a selection of games, toys and books  hidden under the stairs for the children to discover!  Woodburner and 32" flat screen t.v. ( blue ray DVDS) all lighting on dimmer switches

Sleeping 2 - 6 Guests plus cot
1 kingsize room with fitted wardrobes, 1 superkingsize (which can be used as two single beds) with fitted wardrobes & 1 twin bedroom, all with field or garden views

All beds have duvets and throws and the bedlinen is Egyptian cotton.Two luxurious large bathsheets and two handtowels for each room are provided and replaced weekly, and there is ample storage in the French style furniture for all belongings.Cot only comes with bottom sheet as babies and toddlers always have their own favourite special covers! Hairdryer supplied.

Bathroom

The cottage has central heating so is always warm and welcoming

GARDEN
The enclosed garden is being sympathetically restored to a traditional cottage style with a small orchard and a secret sunset corner which is the perfect spot to watch some breathtaking crimson sunsets. The patio eating area in the garden has a  fabulous brazier so you can enjoy the long summer evenings. There is a summer house, south facing, with two reclining chairs to make the most of the sun and provide a haven for a moment of relaxation and “getting away from it all”.

There is ample off road car parking.
